Description Wonderful Art Deco large silver ring embellished with two rows of faceted marcasites, and decorated with millgrain edging decoration. The ring features a lovely centre semi-precious green stone, which has translucent qualities and is probably a chrysoprase. There are no marks, the ring tests for silver. Ring size UK K 1/2 and US 5 3/8, inside diameter 1.7cm, and the front is length 2.4cm / .94 inch by width 1.7cm / .66 inch. There is scratching as expected, and one replacement marcasite. The band is bent downwards slightly, this does not affect wearability. This is a beautiful classic Art Deco ring. The marcasites really glint in the light. Circa 1930s.
